Video Player - All in One – Tutorial
Video Player – All in One allows you to watch videos and convert media files using a single application. It supports many popular video and audio formats and provides simple tools for playback and file conversion.
Follow the steps below to learn how to use the application.
1. Launch the Application
Open Video Player – All in One from the Windows Start menu or desktop.
After opening the app, you will see the main media player screen along with control buttons for adding files, adding folders, settings, deleting files, and converting media.
2. Add a Video File
To start playing a video:
Click Add files.
Browse your computer and select the video file you want to play.
The video will load in the player window.
You can also add multiple files if you want to manage or convert several videos at once.
3. Add a Folder of Media Files
If you want to load many files quickly:
Click Add folder.
Select a folder containing your media files.
All supported video or audio files inside the folder will appear in the list.
This option is helpful when working with multiple files.
4. Play a Video
Once the video is loaded, you can use the playback controls at the bottom of the player.
Available controls include:
Play / Pause to start or stop playback
Progress bar to move forward or backward in the video
Volume control to adjust sound
Fullscreen to expand the video to the entire screen
These controls allow smooth and simple video playback.
5. Convert a Video File
The application includes a video conversion feature.
To convert a video:
Add the video file to the list.
Select the file you want to convert.
Choose the output format from the format list.
Supported video formats include options such as MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, WMV, WEBM, and others.
Click Convert to start the conversion process.
The converted file will be saved to your selected location.
6. Convert Audio Files
The app also supports converting audio formats.
Steps:
Add the audio file.
Select an output format such as MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC, AIFF, WMA, or others.
Click Convert to begin processing.
This feature helps make audio files compatible with different devices or applications.
7. Adjust Conversion Settings
Before converting files, you can review available settings such as:
Output format selection
Audio codec options
Video codec options
Resolution information
These options help control how the final media file is produced.
8. Remove Files from the List
If you added files by mistake or want to clear the list:
Select the file you want to remove.
Click Delete.
To remove all files at once, click Delete all.
