1. Launch the Application

Open Secure Media Locker – Private Photos & Videos from the Windows Start menu or desktop.

When you open the app for the first time, you will be asked to create a password that will be used to access your secure vault.

2. Create Your Password

1. Enter a numeric password using the on-screen keypad.

2. Confirm the password by entering it again.

3. The password will be used whenever you open the application.

Make sure you remember this password, as it protects all your stored content.

3. Set a Recovery Question

After setting the password, the app will ask you to select a recovery question.

Steps:

1. Choose a question from the dropdown list.

2. Enter your answer in the answer field.

3. Click Continue to save it.

This recovery question allows you to reset the password if you forget it.

4. Access the Secure Vault

Once setup is complete, the main Secure Vault screen will appear.

Inside the vault you will see several folders such as:

• Pictures

• Videos

• Audios

• Notes

• Other Files

Each folder is designed to store specific types of content.

To open a folder, double-click it.

5. Add Files to the Locker

To store files in the secure vault:

1. Click the Add File button in the lower corner of the screen.

2. Select files from your computer.

3. Choose the appropriate folder such as Pictures, Videos, or Others.

4. Confirm the import.

The files will then be moved into the protected locker environment.

6. View or Manage Stored Files

After adding files, open any folder to manage your content.

Inside a folder you can:

• View images or videos

• Organize files

• Move files between folders

• Export files back to your computer if needed

All files remain protected inside the locker until you decide to export them.

7. Record or Capture Content Inside the Locker

The application allows you to create new content directly within the secure vault.

You can:

• Capture photos

• Record videos

• Record audio

Any content created inside the app is stored automatically inside the secure vault.

8. Manage Files and Folders

Secure Media Locker includes file management tools to keep your content organized.

Available actions include:

• Copy files

• Move files

• Delete files

• Export files

• Organize content into folders

These tools help maintain a clean and organized private storage area.

9. Use the Configuration Settings

Click Configuration to adjust security or management options.

Here you can update settings related to:

• Security preferences

• File organization

• Vault management
