Step 1: Open the App

Launch the app on your Windows device.

On the home screen, you will see main options:

• QR Code

• Barcode

• Batch Barcode

• QR Scanner

Click on the feature you want to use.

Step 2: Create a QR Code

Generate a QR Code for Different Uses

1. Click QR Code

2. Choose the type of content:

   • Website URL

   • Text

   • Contact details

   • Wi-Fi

   • Location

   • Message

3. Enter the required information

Customize Your QR Code

• Change color

• Adjust layout or style

• Preview updates in real time

Save the QR Code

1. Click Generate

2. Click Save

3. Choose a location on your device

Your QR code is now ready to use.

Step 3: Create a Barcode

Generate Standard Barcodes

1. Click Barcode

2. Select a format such as:

   • UPC

   • EAN

   • Code 39

   • Code 128

3. Enter the required number or data

Customize Appearance

• Adjust label text

• Modify layout if needed

Save the Barcode

1. Click Generate

2. Save the file as PNG

Step 4: Generate Multiple Barcodes (Batch Mode)

Create Barcodes in Bulk

1. Click Batch Barcode

2. Enter multiple values (one per line or list format)

3. Select barcode type

Generate and Export

1. Click Generate Batch

2. Save all barcodes

This is useful for inventory, product labeling, or bulk tasks.

Step 5: Scan QR Codes or Barcodes

Use the Scanner Feature

1. Click QR Scanner

2. Allow camera access if prompted

3. Point the camera at a code

View Results

• The app will instantly display the scanned data

• You can copy or use the information directly

Step 6: Customize for Better Results

For both QR codes and barcodes:

• Use high contrast colors for better readability

• Avoid overly complex color combinations

• Keep designs clean for printing

Step 7: Export and Use Your Codes

After generating:

• Save as PNG for high quality

• Use in:

  • Documents

  • Labels

  • Posters

  • Presentations

Step 8: Organize Your Work

• Save files with clear names

• Keep related codes in folders

• Double-check before printing or sharing
