1. Install and Open the App

  1. Install Poster & Flyer Maker Studio on your Windows computer.

  2. Open the app from the Start Menu.

  3. When the app opens, the home screen will appear with three options:

• Create Poster
• Poster Design
• My Poster

Choose the option based on what you want to do.

Feature 1 – Create Poster (Start from Scratch)

Step 2: Open Create Poster

  1. Click Create Poster on the home screen.

  2. The poster size categories screen will appear.

You can choose a design size for different platforms.

Examples include:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok
• YouTube
• LinkedIn
• Desktop
• Paper sizes
• Custom aspect ratios

Step 3: Choose Poster Size

  1. Select a size format such as:

• 1:1 (Square)
• 16:9 (Landscape)
• 9:16 (Vertical)
• 4:3
• 3:4
• 2:3

  1. After selecting the size, the design editor will open

Step 4: Choose a Background

You can select different types of backgrounds.

Steps:

  1. Click Background in the editor.

  2. Choose from:

• Image backgrounds
• Solid colors
• Gradient styles
• Creative textures

  1. Click the background you want to apply.

You can also adjust the blur intensity for some backgrounds.

Step 5: Add Text

  1. Click Add Text from the left panel.

  2. Type your message or title.

  3. Customize the text:

• Font style
• Font size
• Color
• Alignment

This helps you highlight important information in your poster.

Step 6: Add Art or Graphics

  1. Click Add Art.

  2. Choose icons, shapes, or decorative elements.

Step 10: Open Poster Design

  1. Click Poster Design on the home screen.

  2. A gallery of poster templates will appear.

• Promotions and sales

Step 11: Select a Template

  1. Browse the template gallery.

Step 14: Open My Poster

  1. Click My Poster from the home screen.

  2. This section shows all posters you previously created.

Step 15: Manage Saved Posters

Inside My Poster, you can:

• View saved designs
• Open a poster for editing
• Export designs again
• Organize your work

This keeps all your projects stored in one place.
