Step-by-Step Tutorial

1. Open the Application

Launch Passport Photo Maker – Visa & ID Photos on your computer.
On the main screen you will see three options:

  • Passport Photo

  • Edit Photo

  • Print Photo

Select Passport Photo to start creating a passport or visa image.

Step 1 – Import Your Photo

  1. Click Upload your Photo in the center of the screen.

  2. Choose an image from your computer. The app supports JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats.

  • Choose paper orientation

The layout will automatically arrange multiple photos on the page.

You can then:

  • Click Print photos to print directly

  • Click Save full page to store the layout on your computer
