This Windows application helps you create passport, visa, and ID photos that follow official size requirements. It includes tools for background adjustment, photo corrections, cropping, and exporting your final image for printing or digital use.
Below is a simple guide to help you create a passport photo step by step.
Launch Passport Photo Maker – Visa & ID Photos on your computer.
On the main screen you will see three options:
Passport Photo
Edit Photo
Print Photo
Select Passport Photo to start creating a passport or visa image.
Click Upload your Photo in the center of the screen.
Choose an image from your computer. The app supports JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats.
You can also capture a photo directly using the camera option.
Photo tips for better results
Use a clear portrait image.
Face should be centered and looking forward.
Avoid hats or glasses.
Use a clean background if possible.
After uploading the image, click Remove Background if needed, then select Proceed to next step.
In this step you can improve the photo quality using the adjustment tools on the right side.
Available adjustments include:
Exposure
Temperature
Tint
Contrast
Saturation
Shadows
Highlights
Move the sliders until the image looks balanced and natural.
If you want to start over, click Reset all.
When finished, select Proceed to next step.
Now choose the passport format that matches your document requirements.
Select the Country / Region from the dropdown menu.
Choose the Document Type (for example passport or visa size).
The cropping frame will appear over your photo.
Adjust the frame so that:
The face is centered.
The head and shoulders fit properly within the guide.
You can rotate or flip the image if needed.
Once everything is aligned correctly, click Finalize & export passport image.
After finalizing the image, you can prepare it for printing.
Options available:
Choose paper orientation
Select paper size such as A4
Set the number of photo copies
The layout will automatically arrange multiple photos on the page.
You can then:
Click Print photos to print directly
Click Save full page to store the layout on your computer
The application also includes a full photo editor.
Click Edit Photo from the main screen.
Upload an image you want to edit.
You can then use tools such as:
Blur
Adjust
Effects
Crop
Overlay
Frames
Text
Stickers
After editing, click Save Image to Gallery.
If you already have a prepared passport image:
Open the app and choose Print Photo.
Upload the image.
Select paper size and layout.
Print or save the page.
