Step 1: Launch the Application

After installing the app, open Collage Maker Studio – Photo Editor from the Windows Start menu.

When the app opens, you will see the main workspace with several options such as:

• Shape Collage

• Collage

• Custom Collage

• Templates

• PIP Frames

• Free Style

• My Draft

Each option provides a different method for creating photo collages.

Step 2: Choose the Type of Collage

Start by selecting the collage style you want to create.

Here is what each option does:

Shape Collage
Creates collages using shapes such as hearts, letters, numbers, animals, flowers, and other artistic forms.

Collage
Uses structured grid layouts where photos fit neatly into frames.

Custom Collage
Allows you to design your own layout and adjust photo positions manually.

Templates
Provides ready-made layouts that help you create a collage quickly.

PIP Frames
Adds picture-in-picture frames and decorative borders around photos.

Free Style
Opens a blank canvas where you can place photos anywhere you want.

Click the option that matches the type of collage you want to build.

Step 3: Add Photos to Your Project

Once you select a collage type, you will be prompted to add photos.

To add images:

1. Click Add Photos or Import Images.

2. Browse your computer folders.

3. Select the images you want to include in the collage.

The photos will appear inside the selected layout or canvas.

Step 4: Arrange Photos in the Layout

After adding your photos, you can adjust their placement.

Depending on the collage type, you can:

• Drag photos to different positions

• Swap images between frames

• Resize images inside their frame

• Adjust spacing between photos

Take a moment to organize your images so the collage looks balanced.

Step 5: Use Shape Collage Designs

If you selected Shape Collage, you can choose from many artistic shapes.

Examples include:

• Heart shapes

• Letter designs

• Number layouts

• Animal shapes

• Floral patterns

After selecting a shape, the photos automatically arrange within that design. You can still adjust image placement if needed.

Step 6: Customize the Background

The background of the collage plays an important role in the final look.

To change the background:

1. Open the Background settings.

2. Choose one of the following options:

• Solid colors

• Gradient colors

• Textured backgrounds

• Image backgrounds

Select a style that complements the photos in your collage.

Step 7: Apply Image Filters

Filters help create a consistent color tone across all photos.

To apply a filter:

1. Select an image.

2. Open the Filter panel.

3. Choose a filter style.

Filters can adjust brightness, color warmth, and overall visual mood.

Step 8: Adjust Image Settings

You can fine-tune each photo using adjustment tools.

Common adjustments include:

• Brightness

• Contrast

• Saturation

• Color balance

These controls help ensure all images look clear and visually consistent.

Step 9: Add Text to the Collage

Text can be used to add titles, quotes, or descriptions.

To add text:

1. Click Add Text.

2. Type your message.

3. Choose a font style.

4. Adjust the size and color.

5. Move the text to the desired position.

Text helps personalize the collage and highlight special moments.

Step 10: Add Decorative Elements

Decorative elements can enhance the visual design.

You can add items such as:

• Stickers

• Icons

• Decorative shapes

• Graphic elements

To add them:

1. Select the Decoration or Elements section.

2. Choose a graphic.

3. Place it on the collage.

Resize or rotate the element to fit your design.

Step 11: Use Free Style Canvas

If you choose Free Style, you will work on a blank canvas.

This mode allows you to:

• Place photos anywhere

• Rotate images

• Resize pictures freely

• Layer images on top of each other

This option provides complete creative freedom for your collage layout.

Step 12: Use Ratio Presets

Ratio presets help your collage fit different screen sizes and platforms.

To adjust the canvas ratio:

1. Open Canvas Ratio settings.

2. Select a ratio such as:

• Square layout

• Portrait layout

• Landscape layout

Choosing the right ratio helps the collage display properly on different screens.

Step 13: Save Your Project as a Draft

If you want to continue editing later:

1. Click Save Draft.

2. The project will be stored in My Draft.

You can reopen it anytime and continue working without losing progress.

Step 14: Export the Finished Collage

When your collage is complete:

1. Click Save or Export.

2. Choose the output quality.

3. Select the folder where the file should be stored.

The collage will be exported as a high-quality image.

Step 15: Share Your Collage

After exporting the collage, you can:

• Share it with friends and family

• Upload it to social platforms

• Include it in presentations

• Save it as part of your photo collection

Your final collage is now ready to be viewed and shared.
