Step 1: Open the Application

After installing the app, launch Clean Storage Space – Duplicates Cleaner from the Windows Start menu.

When the app opens, you will see a dashboard with different sections such as:

• Store Apps

• Large Files

• Duplicates

• Junk Files

Each section focuses on a specific type of storage cleanup.

Step 2: View Installed Applications

By default, the app opens the Store Apps section.

Here you will see a list of installed applications along with details such as:

• App name

• Size

• Version

• Modified date

This helps you understand which apps are taking up space.

Step 3: Sort and Find Apps Easily

To quickly locate apps:

1. Use the Sort option (top right) to organize apps by:

   • Name

   • Size

   • Date

2. Scroll through the list to review installed apps.

Sorting by size is useful when you want to identify large apps that consume more storage.

Step 4: Select Apps to Remove

To remove applications:

1. Check the box next to the app you want to uninstall.

2. You can select one app or multiple apps at once.

This allows you to clean up several applications in one step.

Step 5: Uninstall Applications

After selecting apps:

1. Click the Uninstall option.

2. Confirm your selection.

The app will remove the selected applications from your system.

Use this step to remove apps you no longer use.

Step 6: Manage Large Files

To find files that take up significant space:

1. Click the Large Files tab.

2. The app will display files based on their size.

Review the list and identify files that are no longer needed.

You can then delete selected files to free up storage.

Step 7: Remove Duplicate Files

Duplicate files can occupy unnecessary space.

To clean them:

1. Open the Duplicates section.

2. Start the scan.

3. The app will show files that exist more than once.

Carefully review duplicates before deleting them, then remove the unnecessary copies.

Step 8: Clean Junk Files

Junk files include temporary files and leftover data.

To remove them:

1. Go to the Junk Files section.

2. Start the scan.

3. Review the detected files.

4. Select the files you want to delete.

Cleaning junk files helps improve system organization.

Step 9: Review Before Deleting

Before removing any file or app:

• Double-check file names

• Confirm they are not important

• Avoid deleting files you are unsure about

This ensures safe cleanup.

Step 10: Repeat Cleanup Regularly

To keep your system running smoothly:

• Check installed apps regularly

• Remove unused programs

• Clean duplicates and junk files occasionally

Regular maintenance helps maintain better performance and free space.

Important Note

Some system applications are protected and cannot be removed. These apps are required for Windows to function properly.
