This guide explains how to use the main editing tools available in the application. You can import videos, edit clips, apply filters, add text, music, stickers, adjust speed, and export your final video.

1. Start the Application

Open AI Video Maker from your Windows Start menu.

On the home screen you will see several editing options such as:

  • Video Editor

  • Video Filters

  • Reverse Video

  • Video Merge

  • Add Music

  • Slow Motion

Select the tool depending on the type of editing you want to perform.

2. Import Your Video

  1. Click Video Editor from the main screen.

  2. Select a video from your computer.

  3. The video will appear in the preview window.

  4. A timeline with frames will appear at the bottom of the screen.

You can move the timeline slider to preview different parts of the video.

3. Add or Arrange Video Clips

If you want to combine multiple clips:

  1. Click Add Video Clip.

  2. Select another video file.

  3. The clip will appear on the timeline.

  4. Drag clips to arrange their order.

After arranging clips, click Continue Editing to open the full editing panel.

4. Trim a Video Clip

  1. Select the clip in the timeline.

  2. Move the start and end markers to select the portion you want.

  3. Preview the trimmed section using the play button.

5. Apply Video Filters

  1. Click Lumia Filters from the editing panel.

  2. A list of filters will appear on the right side.

6. Add Overlay Effects

  1. Select Overlay Effects from the side panel.

7. Add Stickers

  1. Click Add Sticker.

  2. Choose a sticker from the library.

  3. Place it anywhere on the video frame.

8. Add Text to the Video

  1. Select Add Text from the editing panel.

  2. Type the text you want to display.

  3. Choose the font style and placement.

  4. Adjust its size and position on the screen.

Text can be used for titles, captions, or subtitles.

9. Add Background Music

  1. Click Add Music.

  2. Select an audio file from your computer.

  3. The audio track will appear in the timeline.

  4. Adjust the volume or trim the audio if needed.

This allows you to add background music or sound effects.

10. Adjust Video Volume

Inside the editing timeline you will see the Current Clip Volume control.

Move the slider to increase or decrease the volume of the selected clip.

11. Change Video Speed

  1. Double-click the video clip on the timeline.

  2. The Change Video Speed panel will appear.

  3. Select the speed level you want.

Lower speeds create slow-motion effects, while higher speeds make the video play faster.

12. Reverse a Video

  1. Choose Reverse Video from the main tools.

  2. Upload the video you want to reverse.

  3. Select one of the options:

    • Reverse video and audio

    • Reverse only video

The application will process the clip and generate the reversed version.

13. Add Filters and Adjust Resolution

Before exporting the final video you can also select:

  • Desired Option

  • Desired Resolution

Choose the resolution that fits your needs.

14. Save the Final Video

Once editing is complete:

  1. Click Save Video.

  2. The app will process the video.

  3. The final video will be saved to your device.

You can then share it or use it in other projects.
